Q: Do you check credit report during application process?
A: Yes, we do. We verify that your personal information is correct and have good rental references

Q: How long will it take to prove or deny my application?
A: It usually takes from 3 - 5 days to process the application.

Q: Is there an application fee?
A: Yes, there is an application fee which is listed in the rental application.

Q: Can I get an application from you?
A: Yes, you can download it under Download Forms from left panel.

Q: What's the utility companies contact?
A: You can find it under Utilities link to the left.

Q: Do I have to buy rental insurance and why?
A: Yes. Tenant shall maintain a renter's insurance policy to cover any losses sustained to TENANT'S personal property or vehicle and to cover and reimburse you if displaced for short period of time if mother nature's disaster strikes. Check out the Renter Insurance.

Q: What school district is the property located in?
A: You can find out by visiting Local Schools link to the left.

Q: What is expected of me when moving out?
A: We expect you to give at least 30 day written notice for termination of the lease. And we expect the premise will return to us in the condition you received in.  
 
Q: When will I get my security deposit back?
A: Security deposit will be returned within the time frame set by the law, in Nevada it is 30 days after termination of the lease.

Q: Can I break a lease?
A: Please don't unless you have no choice. There is a break lease penalty fee.

Q: What are tenants responsibilities?
A: We expect tenants to live up to the terms of the agreement fully, and take good care of everything we provide to the Tenants use, maintain the unit, mostly stuff will last longer if it is probably cared for at tenant's own expenses.
